Payroll Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to assist with preparation and process of a compliant payroll process and provide support for all companies while working closely with the Payroll Manager, HR team, and Accounting department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately process employee payroll changes and other payroll related documents for the bi-weekly payroll process
- Process deductions and comply with all laws associated with court orders, garnishments, and withholding orders
- Process After Hours payment requests
- Submit payroll statistical reports as required by the U S government
- Assist with the Paid Time Off plan compliance and maintenance
- Maintain the retention of all payroll documents in compliance with the company retention policy
- Process vendor incentives for payments to employees
- Accurately process payroll for all US legal entities
- Review timecards to ensure that all time entries are complete and accurately reflect the hours worked
- Produce Monthly and Quarterly Reports to distribute to management
- Code and process invoices
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in business
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in payroll is preferred
- Experience with ADP (or equivalent) software is preferred
- Knowledge of fundamental payroll regulations laws
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
