Site Manager
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Site Manager is to provide management leadership in the location identified above by directing and managing all daily functions of a profitable Mingledorff’s location. Activities include: Client interaction thru Counter Sales; Operations Management thru Inventory Control, Building Maintenance, Store Administration and Management of Marietta CoolRay personnel. Provide excellent client service while being accountable for the Profit & Loss of this location and contribution to the overall profits of the district and company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the role of Mingledorff’s distribution in the success and growth of our client base
- Develop and manage annual budget with the DCM and/or Operations Manager
- Direct day to day operations
- ERP (Trend SXe) functions:
- Process client orders received in person (at sales counter), by phone or via E-Commerce to include company transfers
- Project management, returns processing, warranty processing
- Ability to identify, locate and procure parts and supplies from various sources
- Maintain all required safety certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs
- Coordinate building maintenance and security
- Similar job responsibilities as DCM, ISP and Warehouse Manager
- Inventory control:
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts and annual Physical Inventory
- Responsible for maintaining internal Audit reports with the DCM and/or Operations Manager
- Identify prospective/future clients through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (BSR & TM)
- Develop long term business relationships with our clients to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance.
- Develop relationships with BSR’s, TM’s and clients to insure client satisfaction
- Supply Credit department with client information to aid collections
- Supervise branch operations for Inside Sales Professional and Warehouse personnel
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance and availability
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years with:
- Management or supervision experience
- Client service and or sales experience
- HVAC industry experience
- Warehousing and distribution experience
- Forklift experience
- Shipping/receiving experience
- Proficient with Trend SXe, MS Office
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Possess a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company guidelines
- Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy
- Qualify under federal and state regulations to drive the vehicle in question.

Travel Requirement:
- Up to 10 % travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
